Given Grace Cebanico was a BS Computer Science junior at the University of the Philippines Los Baños when she fell victim to ‘rape’ and then murder around the the university’s vicinity last Tuesday.Let’s offer our prayers for the repose of her soul. May she REST IN PEACE!
